I met Dan through work. He works for the County and was prosecuting the drunk driver who hit and injured my client. We connected via FB and he actually reached out at one point to ask me how I still stay enthusiastic about riding my bike on roads despite the things I see every day in my job. When I traveled to Lincoln for Gravel Worlds, we had the chance to go on a bike ride. We talked about these issues, as well as some of the trajectory moments in our lives and how we got to where we are. Dan is one of those guys you can just depend on -a man of integrity, strength, and incredible work ethic. One of those guys who does the right thing because it's the right thing to do... Enjoy!
