PMA = positive mental attitude and when I think of PMA, I think of Rob ... Please meet my friend Rob Kelley. While we share a love of bikes, racing, and other interests... the main reason I asked Rob to come on the show was because I wanted to ask him about his laid-back-ness... his "don't sweat the small stuff" attitude and positive vibes that are so consistent and so reliable- and so contagious. How does a person get like that, and what are his practices, mantras, beliefs that lend themselves to his positive mental attitude?
